Our goal for Google Cloud Next 2025 was simple: make AI tangible. The agency had a clear vision for this massive project, knowing we weren't just building an event but creating an entire "Cloud City" that would immerse 32,000 attendees in the world of possibility.
It all started with the story. We developed a three-phase journey—Imagine, Learn, Build—to guide attendees from a bold vision for AI to a place of co-creation. This framework influenced everything from the narrative to the physical spaces and the content programming. We transformed a complex campus into a cohesive, intuitive experience. Every detail, from the transit-line-inspired maps to the branded ambassadors providing live wayfinding, was meticulously crafted to align with the core story and reduce friction for attendees.
To kick things off, we delivered a high-impact opening at the Sphere. We worked with Google and Alphabet CEOs to create a spectacular, AI-driven reimagining of The Wizard of Oz, setting the stage for what was to come and solidifying Google Cloud's leadership in creative tech storytelling.
Ultimately, our job was to make AI feel less like a mystery and more like a movement. By blending technology with imagination, we created a brand experience that wasn't just about what's possible but about making it real.
